The big guys of the TC are famous for lying about users, harassing them on FB (and other sites) etc in an attempt to get them frozen.

 Also for good low intensity cardio without a bike, if you use a treadmill (or variety of other machines), increase the incline to 15% or more.

I have really bad knees despite still being young and so running really takes it's toll on me. So I just do a fast walk and do a high incline, I can burn ~1000 calories in an hour as opposed to 3-400 calories with running. Just gotta be sure to keep your heart rate in your target zone

Ok I really hope I don't receive too much hate for this; I only think this way because I don't understand.

I'm all for people being able to express their sexuality in any way they like; however, what I don't understand is when dudes who want to be women make a horrible attempt to talk like women. Sorry dudes who snap their fingers, talk with a really high pitched voice, and (what I presume) use a fake lisp, (most) women don't talk like that. I guess part of me is still really confused how one can be born a certain gender, and want to transform into the opposite. Is being transgender wrong at all. . . absolutely not -- I just wanted to clarify that.

I don't think that it's necessarily always that they want to "be like women" or be a woman. Some guys are just flamboyant or effeminate.

Being transgender is something completely different. It's not about "wanting" to be something, it's about how you've never felt like you were in the right body to begin with. Not being comfortable in your own skin sort of thing.

I have a friend who was born with a vagina, no ovaries and they decided (the doctor and parents) to make her a boy. Obvious mistake, you can look at her and tell she's a woman. They had her taking hormones at a young age and everything. She's since stopped. Technically, she's a male by all legal definitions (Well, she was, not anymore)

I have other friends who were born with both sets of genitals and the doctors/parents waited until they started to understand themselves and let the child decide what they felt they were, and it's always seemed to work out.

Gender isn't really black and white as we've been taught it is. Transgender is a difficult concept to grasp because it's been taboo and shunned in American society for so long, even still is. A lot of people have this idea it's about wanting to "become" the opposite gender when really it's just making your outsides match what you've been on the inside the whole time. It's hard for people to understand because it's wholly an internal thing that no one else can see or experience.
