Sorta bummed but I can stop by my friends apartment for their little gym downstairs. Other then that the heavy bag is probably what me and my brother will do.

Yea I use them every now and then but my brother uses them more often for mma training I could prob ask him if you have anything to ask. But try going on some legit fitness websites.

eh the last time I used them it was a 35lb bell, pretty light but straining. as for prices i think they are a little expensive, and as for my brother I have no idea

I just fill milk jugs with water. Tie them together with rope. Works well enough for me.

So you managed to get in your car, drive there. Get out of car, go find a trainer, go find the kettle weights. Learn how to use the kettle weights, then "workout your shoulders", go back to your car. Drive back home and hop on Codex and post, all in a matter of 30 minutes?

    Cool, Flash.

Yo, help me with my new stack fellow gymrats. I'm gonna accompany this with good meals.

    What I'm thinking:

    Morning:
    Centrum Ultimate Men's Multi
    Fish Oil (2000mg)

    Pre-Workout:
1 Scoop ON Men's Gold Standard Whey

    Post-Workout:
1 Scoop ON Men's Gold Standard Whey
    5g ON Microionized Creatine Monohydrate

    Before Bed:
1 Scoop ON Men's Casein Protein

I think I should throw BCAA's in there maybe?
