30mg of winstrol and you should be good
kidding, that looks pretty good. maybe fish oils each meal a day
Yea your suppose to have 3 pills a day when taking fish oils. so breakfast, lunch, dinner
As for bcaa your protein shakes should have that in it. It's one of those things that are vital for muscle growth

I hope he is taking the recommended dosage -_- too much of anything is bad. You really shouldn't even be taking large doses of it if you like under 40-50 I think.

You sure you're not sh*ting bricks?

Anyone use stuff that contains Nitrous oxide or supplements that allow you to push harder in the gym? Been considering getting that in addition to the occasional protein shake I get. Anyone have suggestions other than that No Xplode since I heard its not so great for ya.
Lol nothing is wrong with No Xplode. Really it just pumps your muscles faster so it can help you with your growth. I still use No xplode but will have to up the intake of it. Only thing I really have to tell you is that if your one of those people who don't really taking lifting seriously you shouldn't really waste your money on it since your not going to get big if your mindset isn't on going full speed ahead in the gym. But if you aren't those people it would be a great investment, including a postworkout shake. and a solid prework out meal

Lol, I'm sorry. But PWO Supps like Jack3d and NoXplode are definitely for people that don't take lifting seriously. If I take Jack3d, even if I just woke up, and the last possible thing I want to do is go to the gym, it basically FORCES me to work out. Shits like crack in a can.Only thing I really have to tell you is that if your one of those people who don't really taking lifting seriously you shouldn't really waste your money on it since your not going to get big if your mindset isn't on going full speed ahead in the gym.

Jack3d == NoXplode
I actually like jack3d better. But yeah, can go both ways, if I don't feel like working out, take some jack3d, BAM can't wait to get to the gym. Even days I feel like working out though, the jack3d makes me have a much better workout.
