Arginine Alpha ketoglutarate, just thought you knew ur acronyms dave man. If you feel so motivated already, hypthoetically wouldn't it seem like you feel less of it? I believe your friend who only feel tingles is because he's always brimming full of energy. Perhaps you should take notes off of him. As for the rubber socks buddy of mine. Hes rather dull, but he has a crazy ab work out which involves a mirror.

that is AAKG bro.
Arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate are precursors of nitric oxide and polyamines which serve in the metabolic functioning. AKG supplements have been shown to promote growth in some studies of children as well as insulin secretion. It also aids in recovery due to the the breakdown (glutamine + proline i believe). AKG ultimately increases levels of arginine and glutamine in skeletal muscles and stimulates the immune system. it is true my friend is always brimming full of energy for he likes to crack jokes to amuse himself.

motivation helps me push although with the supplement my nervous system allows me to go further before my muscles reach failure. factors also include workload, tut, diet, and training program.

btw i'd love to know what your friend does for his ab workout. i just recently started working out abs.

I feel that tingling as well when I take jack3d lately, not sure if I like that amount of stimulant or not lol.

My friend has some crazy abs, he's not huge or anything (5'7, 160 lbs), but his abs are absolutely insane, don't know if I've seen any better in real life. He's really white though lol, I told him he should get a tan, they'll look much better. I'll ask him for his workout and post it on here when I get time.

Nice, i'm using Jack3d atm as well (grape bubblegum ftw?)

I used to take fish oil, but wasn't sure how much it was helping -> so I just try to add more actual fish to my diet. Plus it was getting expensive.

How do you find AMP? might be interested in trying once I hit my next bulk cycle

Well what exactly did you think the fish oil was gonig to do? Keeping it simple is the best way to get big. IMO it seems like some of you guys try to overthink the whole process ;/ but thats just me.

I've taken AMP Mass XXX before, and it was great. The guy at GNC said he switched to it from ON Platinum Hydro Whey and liked it.
I'll let you know how it goes. I'm not starting this stack until Monday.

Fish oil is a form of fatty acid that is derived from the tissues of oily fish. It contains the omega-3 fatty acids, including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which are what has gained the most attention with regards to health research over the last few years. unless you consume fatty fish you don't need to really supplement it. it improves healthier blood cholestrol, improves bone health, as well as protection from cancer. i think studies prove it helps mood as well. keeping it simple with natural foods is the best choice but when one doesn't have the opportunity to cook (parents cook) or they don't have access to certain vitamins and minerals, it is easiest and most efficient to get it through supplementation.

Do the fish oils really work for the joints?

I've been getting joint pains on my right knee since about 2years back. Gets worse the day after i come back from a jog. x_x

Tried accupuncture and even calcium and protein supplements, but none of them seem to alleviate the problem. Accupuncture actually worked for abit but the pain would come back about 2months or so. Went to see a couple of doctors and they couldn't find the problem with my knee. One doctor suggested an operation but meh, i'm not so ready for an op yet lol.

I'm not sure how expensive it is :S But maybe google it? I saw a vid interviewing GSP and his training and dieting.

He uses shark cartilage as well!

Sounds like you might have a glucosamine deficiency. Try taking some more vitamin D, maybe a multi vitamin, glucosamine, fish oil. If a jog is hurting your knees you might want to wear a knee wrap possibly or ice it down after a run. all the swelling in your knee wont be so good. If the knee persists to bother you till the point where walking or doing work hurts a operation should always be looked at. If u dont want try surgery u can take a more natural approach with homeopathic medicine

My brother has had similar problems -> but he always just attributed it to sports..

He did end up seeing a knee specialist who told him that his bones in his knees weren't exactly aligned which could add additional stress.

Nothing you can really do but stay healthy (can always try supplements like the shark cartilige supplements I mentioned haha), and just try to strengethen your knees through exercise..

lol that is the classic last "mystery rep" - where you give it all you got and not sure if you are going to push through, or end up shitting your pants haha =)

I've seen many people puke, but never anyone change their pants XD

But only on my right knee? O_o.

I've actually had this right knee problem for years. I used to be fat, so the doctor attributed the pain due to the stress on my kneecap. I usually avoid jogs unless its on the threadmill, because when i jog on the pavement it hurts more, due to the impacts. I'm planning to try supplements and chinese medicine before i jump for the op.

What about a knee sleeve? not as big as a guard and it would hide well under the pants. But yea instead of jogging, walking is just as good as long as you get the same distance or more. But I'll ask my PT and see what he can come up with

thanks dude :D

Well the pain's more tolerable now, i guess cause the weather's lightening up.

Went over to the pharm today, i got flaxseed oil supplements because the shark cartilage pills were waaay expensive and the shop assistant told me it helps the joints as well. I hope it does :p
