No, for petpets it's "Black Petpet Paint Brush," for regular Neopets, it's "Shadow Paint Brush." I don't know why

I guess it's a bit consistent, since there's a Shadow PB for pets, and then there's Black for petpets 
They should have just stuck with one of the other~
