I've been told by Americans that I am a bad Brit, because I don't drink tea and I don't like fish so I don't eat fish and chips.

Oh honey you are missing a whole world of heaven. You don't need a deep fryer, just fill that skillet with lard (I guess vegetable oil works too
)
Fried twinkies, fried oreos, fried mushrooms, fried pickles, fried Snickers, fried spaghetti, fried cheesecake
It's a miracle that I'm not the stereotypical 300lb black woman.
You mentioned the deep fryer, I was just saying its not something used with the food I specialize in (but I do own one, but rather fry in my wok, lol). Also, in my culture there really isn't deep fried stuff....I tried American food and I couldn't stand the stuff to be honest. BBQ is okay, but most places cut corners by reselling two day old BBQ or over cook the meat until tough and dry or they under-season the meat. I find that a good amount of American food is bastardized European food with unnecessary changes to a perfectly good recipe....BBQ spaghetti is one of them. I have used bacon grease to cook mushrooms, onions and jalapenos up for a steak. So, I'm not against using lard for some things...like bacon biscuits...mmm, cut one of those in half and add a bit of sharp white cheddar and peameal bacon.

White, educated, well-dressed, gay, young professional, urbanite.
I would say that I'm breaking a stereotype by hating Lady Gaga, but I have a (not really) secret love for Britney Spears...

Blonde haired and rather stupid at times.

do you guys stereotype asians eating rice a lot? because that's the only stereotype i fit in, i guess. other that type, i'm pretty much a unique snowflake. ![]()

I'm Brazilian. I hate Samba and Carnival. I think the only stereotype I fit is the one that "Brazilians don't like Argentina". It's not that I don't like the country, I just don't like any person that I've met from Argentina ![]()

I was born and raised in Texas and it is funny how little of the sterotypes that the world has of Texans actually apply to most people, including me.
The ones that do apply that I can think of is I do say "y'all" and "ain't" and I love my sweet tea and my Ford pickup. Oh and I say coke for all types of soft drinks, not just Coca-Cola.
AND I find it always necessary to clap four times after hearing "The stars at night are big and bright...."

I have no idea which stereotypes I fit, honestly. I've been thinking about it for a few days now.
When I'm on my period I get annoyed? I don't know. I'm not an outwardly angry person.
I wear yoga pants. I like Mean Girls. I'm embarrassed to admit this but I shorten words (mostly just "probs" though). I like being tan (is that a girl thing? I'm from Florida so it might just be because that's how I grew up)
I hate Starbucks. Not a fan of Chipotle, and I don't understand why people obsess over it. I don't really care for wearing makeup. I don't like clubbing and what is twerking?
I like beer. Is that stereotypical of being white or a girl or American or Floridian? I dunno.
I don't think America is the greatest country. Don't get me wrong, I'm patriotic, but I hate the "we're better than everyone" attitude. I like cheeseburgers. IDK.
Does any of this make sense?

I have to admit, I only have one cup of tea a month if that. I do love fish and chips though.
I hate fish but i'll have a cup of tea every time i wake up, instead of fish and chips tho i opt for a bit of battered sausage and chips ![]()
As for english stereotypes idk, i don't talk proper, i'm lazy with my words so a lot of people find me hard to understand. The only times i talk about the weather being shit is when i have to make small talk with the people at work which i hate, and I love complaining about shit.
As for music and that i listen to a lot of rap/grime, love wearing my hoodies, smoking n getting drunk, but you'll still see me watching Grease (don film) and jammin' to some old Nelly Furtado. Honestly Promsicous Girl is one of my favourite all time tunes, along with JT - What Goes Around... Comes Around.
Uhhh i play violent video games but i'm not a murderer? (for the bs stereotype)

Not really
Didn't think so. I'm bad at stereotypes.

Well i'm Brazilian from the state of Great Southearn River.
Brazilian: I love football, i'm always happy and i love coffee and brigadeiro
Gaúcho (My state): I love barbecue.

I am a white girl from Florida living in Texas.
I love the beach. I think 50F is cold. Orange juice is a way of life. I love the rain. Ain't and y'all were originally added to my vocabulary for satirical purposes and then became... less satirical. Oops.
As for stereotypes I break... I am a legitimate gamer, not this:
I built my computer from the case up, play everything from D&D up through WoW and LoL, and the size of the scroll bar on my Steam account indicates that I have a small problem with Summer/Winter Sales and Humble Bundles. I don't love BBQ and sweet tea; if they're done right, they're good, but they will never be my favorite food. I cannot surf. The only horses I've ridden were carnival ponies.
