Thanks! Please do come see it and kill yourself some blazes - grab yourself some rods. You've made me think of a question I've been wondering, but is off topic, so I'll post it in gen disc.
FINALLY got that post of yours repped...yeah you and @Strategist did a spectacular job on that Blaze farm, I'm totally looking forward to checking it out. Sometime when we're both on, it would be great to see where it is! For now, I'm still working on my mob farm...I know it *works* in a preliminary fashion, so that makes working on it even more fun for now than it had been.

I'll gladly show you. There's very little duck and dodge running to get there. Of course while making the path to it we found a closer blaze spawn to my camp. *facepalm* Leave it to me to find the furthest first.
If you need anything, or want someone to hang over edges with you, gimme a shout.

I think I may only have just now noticed that the title of this threads says "Screeshots" instead of "Screenshots"...should it be corrected to appease some of us who will now forever focus on it...or should we just consider "screeshot" to be some sort of homage to those noisy Ghasts?

Absolute DISASTER tonight: I did not know griefing in the game was turned on, and was hanging out using my mob grinder (which is situated atop my desert tower), and absolute chaos ensued. @Strategist can you help me get this fixed up at some point, please?
The broken grinder tube as well as hole in the floor where the grinder is based (the redstone workings for the base may have gotten hit, too):
Spoiler
Oh...and yeah, the lava-containing garbage bin up there has created a REAL mess, needless to say...down to the desert tower floor below and on down to the desert floor itself:
Spoiler
Yep, I can see it hitting down to the first floor as well:

Awks... I thought it was off.... my bad I'll come on shortly and fix everything up for you
Thanks for getting that all fixed up. Actually...in retrospect...it amazes me that I didn't plummet to my death and instead got to stand around like some silly CNN reporter taking photos of the aftermath instead.

^ Sorry I must have misunderstood since it said griefing and mob in one section. I thought Kord ment the situation was due to mob griefing from her mob grinder (that I plan to visit)

Yeah mob griefing was temporarily on and kind of resulted in mayhem when a Creeper blew up at the grinder...@Strategist was an agel and got it all patched up for me though! Just be sure to ask someone whether griefing is on or off, USUALLY it is off...but not always.
Thanks for turning on Peaceful Mode.
Been wanting to finish Mega Man for awhile now.
Tempted to work on his brother... but need to find a suitable location and skin some more coloured sheep first.
Very nice build!
Spoiler
Wait... Is that my head?!
Waaaaait... What's going on?!
JESUS CHRIST, WHAT HAVE THEY DONE?!
Nice little place ya got there, by the way!!! It's always fun going out and building a new base. Oh and I have your head hanging up in the living room of my desert home, along with 5 others LMAO!
Okay I have a bit of in-game weirdness (actually, an observation that I am wondering whether others can confirm or not?) that I noticed today...and as this is the most active thread, I figured that posting here might get the most possibility of a response.
Previously here, I posted images of the current area where my "main base" is located...it's an extremely mixed-biome area, and I happened to build precisely at the crux of numerous biomes. Well! When there is a thunderstorm/rain of any sort really...if I exit my home from the exit that faces a River biome (even just for a block or two), I face torrential rains...whereas if I simply go to the second floor of my home and exit the door to what is a Savannah biome, I still see the thunder/lightning...but NEVER any rain! What gives?!? Heh I think this is just fortuitious, but damn it is uber weird.
Its because the Savannah biome is classed as an arid one, hence the lack of rain. You will find that you only get snow in snowy biomes too and no rain. Its just how the game works

Thanks so much, Strat, it is just a very weird location for me to have made a home I guess...LITERALLY...I can see rain out of one room, walk a dozen blocks length to another door, and have no rain whatsoever. It's interesting but unnerving in a way, you know?

This happened to me all the time. In our very first server it used to rain in only one part ;/
But I usually asks someone to run off the rain/snow since it makes me laggy. a bit laggier anyways

Okay so I'm off of Minecraft for the night because I was "going to go to bed" due to an early alarm tomorrow, but now I'm having trouble sleeping as I listen to the freezing rain hit the window (mmmm...yeah, not necessarily going ot make for a fun morning drive, ya know). I thus decided to share some pics of the little fountain I created (with help from @Strategist getting the water filled correctly after I fucked it up myself trying to do so LOL!) near my desert home, just before the where my viewing tower/mob grinder stand:
Here it is from a bit of a distance, approached from my home within the Savannah hill...again, it's a small fountain, but I covered the immediate surroundings of it in grass blocks and flowers (picked from Forest and Sunflower biomes) to give it a bit of an "oasis" effect...my beloved tower is behind it to the right:
Spoiler
Here's a view from the base of the dune where entry to my tower lies:
Spoiler
Finally, a nice glimpse of it through the glass floor of the tower's lower level:

It's been a few days of no screenies from me (no, I'm not sick and haven't died!), so I thought that I'd post a few.
First off, here's a lovely shot of my iron farm in action (built according to this tutorial), followed by a shot of an Enderman glaring at me as I look on safely from inside the glass waiting booth beneath it:
Spoiler
Next, I got some screenies of @Strategist and myself running around wearing capes! Apparently in celebration of release of the Mojang game Scrolls, all Minecraft game avatars have had a cool-looking cape on since the 11th (I don't think it's permanent, but it sure is fun for now):
Spoiler
Me (looking off the top of Strat's castle)...
Strat (doing likewise)...
See how cool the cape looks trailing as he flies?
Finally, I took a field trip to see an Ice Spikes biome, and it was fantastic:
Spoiler
Such a beautiful area!
I just HAD to take a shot looking down while standing atop a particularly tall ice spike...

SO I *finally* built a proper storage room at my desert home the other night! I've spent some time this evening getting things organized there...anyway, it has 62 double chests in it, this there is plenty of room to categorize and store supplies there...at least until I run out of room and expand it.
Myself posed in the storage room...recessed lighting in the floor/ceiling (as well as torches behind the top chests), yes!:
Spoiler
A view of the passage to the room from inside it (I love the appearance of water passages):
