I've heard that pestering them on facebook with your ticket number might help. PMing them is an option if you don't want it to show up on your timeline
It may takes weeks/months for them to respond but that might be your only option

Stocks would be your best bet.
No way to instantly make 2m though. ABing is the fastest way..

Hi. I have a question regarding pet's training. I thought that you can have your pet's strenght/defence/movement double that of your pet's level, and health (endurance) triple that. But say I have my level at 20, health at 40, so I try to train it up to 41 and it doesn't let me why is that?

I think you can only do that at the ninja school, if you're at the pirate school, you'll need to train level first (since there you can only go twice your level).

Quick random question. Is there anyway to search for a Neopets account using the name on the account?
Example: Username is xxXxxX and if you go to their userlookup it will say:
User Info
Name: Bob
Gender: Female
Country: China
