I'm almost certain TNT answered in the Editorial that making a new Neopet would be too much trouble, because of the wearables and whatnot. What a shame, right?

As for the buying of shells, you CAN do that here, but not until you reach the requirements needed to access our Trading Post. They are 7 days registered and a minimum of 10 non-spam posts

Drat. Guess I'll have to wait a while until I can actually do much, aside from score sending. Guess I can just use these scripts for a few trophies and avatars.

You can AoB games or score send. Just get about 20k or so and AB in some easier main shops.
