#1505569 Smoking marajuana when pregnant

Posted by Narcissa on 01 September 2011 - 08:59 PM

I don't get how personal stories about how any of you peoples friends boyfriend beating the shit out of them, has to do with this topic. not even 3 pages and can't even focus on responding on one topic...

& i'm not being a troll. some people can't handle controversial topics like this and it gets outta hand.

I'm asking for your opinions on the subject. I didn't ask for people to assume things about my social life, my boyfriend, my intelligence, etc. very few people can debate properly on here, looks like i see about 4-5 people. but should i expect any less from a group of people that were drawn to this site due to neopets?

Sweetheart, you play Call of Duty, you're 20 years old, and you're smoking pot while you're pregnant. YOU put yourself out there for repercussions of your ideals, not us. Nobody placed a gun to your head and told you to join the site. Chances are you play Neopets too so don't even try playing that card.

You're getting answers you don't like. Have you even, maybe possibly, considered that the reason pretty much everyone here is on the same page is because its in general, a bad idea?

If you didn't want to hear answers you don't like you shouldn't have posted on here. Plain and simple. Nobody here is going to coddle you and tell you you're doing the right thing. Grow some thicker skin and maybe own up to the fact that 20+ answers of WTF ARE YOU DOING?!?! might have some merit to it.

If you want some research, which I've been so generous to do for you, there's plenty of things out there that are saying what you're doing are not good.

Here Here Here Here

These are ALL from sites off of the first hit on google. The last one? Is from a woman who works for Columbia University which is a fucking Ivy League college. If anyone knows their shit? It's going to be them. My 4? Outweigh your 1. And I could easily list much, much more.

If anything, just stop. WTF is the purpose of risking something you clearly do not have an educated background in? For fucks sake, just stop for your unborn child. Your attitude doesn't even give him a chance.

Also, just thought I should point out that since you're getting irate at us, we have full ability to report you to CPS if for anything, using drugs. So take that into consideration before you call us out on shit. It's a mutual understanding here and believe it or not, we are trying to help you.

#1492502 Do you believe in god?

Posted by Narcissa on 27 July 2011 - 07:43 PM

I'm an agnostic. To me there is no way we can prove there is or isn't a god. So; no, I do not at the present point in time.

I was raised Catholic and I never saw/felt/heard/read anything that made me truly believe in any deity whatsoever.

#1489450 Abortion

Posted by Narcissa on 21 July 2011 - 09:22 PM

Definitely, Sweeney. I think she meant the guys who insist on making abortion illegal, when they are not the ones who will suffer for it. That pisses me off, since abortion won't be legal in my country for at least 20 years I'd say, due to men deciding on the subject.
I'm actually really happy when I see a guy who supports women's right to have that choice, even though it doesn't directly affect them. :)

This. And like I said, it'd be mine and the person who I conceived with decision; I don't feel like there is a need for outside parties to get involved in this issue. What I find insulting is that the men who've really no right to get involved because of all the crap the female goes through and not the male. Pregnancy is incredibly rough on a woman's body and I think they should have every right, along with their partners consent, to abort the fetus.

I guess, really what I'm trying to get at more than anything is that it should be the mother and fathers decision to keep or abort their child; this is a personal choice issue. Outside parties should not interfere.

All about pro-choice man.

#1488074 The Last Harry Potter Movie!!!111

Posted by Narcissa on 19 July 2011 - 09:25 PM

I'm a rabid HP fan and I feel like I need to clarify some things (BTW I loved this final movie but I am biased; I was in the same theater that girl, Evanna Lynch, who plays Luna Lovegood was in and even though she'd already seen it she was crying and I handed her some tissues. She later hugged me for it. I also spent the night before at Wizarding World of Harry Potter with 2000 other fans and everything was free for us. Oh, and I saw a fuckton of wizard rock, starkid potter, and got some major sneak previews of Pottermore... although I doubt any of you are nerdy enough to know what a good portion of those all are )

Warning, raving fan rant below!

Spoiler

I swear I saw a dementor that looked like black gauze tied around a balloon.

Sirius DID give the mirror to Harry; they both had one as they were two way mirrors that both james and sirius used in the marauder days. After Sirius died, Harry smashed the mirror in frustration. I think it was a subplot in the book that really wasn't necessary for the movies and besides in the 1st half they show harry grabbing it, and seeing Aberforth's eye several times; which was pretty much the extent of that plot up until the trio ends up in Hogsmeade.

Harry can sense Horcruxes because of the piece of Voldemort that's in him. If there's pieces of your soul lying about I'm sure that magically, you would be drawn to them.

There was only one horcrux in Gringotts and its explained in the books that the reason Harry thinks one is there is because Voldemort was very broke when he was little and probably fancied having a vault in Gringotts. Plus in the movie they state that Bellatrix freaked the fuck out when she thought they'd taken the sword from her vault asking them what else they had taken.

And, again, Harry is attuned to the horcruxes. He could sense what they were when he was close to him, never mind the fact that he keeps getting flashes from Voldemort about them.

Grawp wasn't mentioned much in the final battle in the book and in cinematic terms it makes more sense to have Nagini sticking close to Voldemort than sitting around in a *magical* bubble. Also, they filmed several various endings to the movie so they may just have cut that out anyways.

Also, to the whole Snape thing... it was very clear to me, even from the young age of 11, that Snape was a decent and good man, he just fell in with the wrong crowd. I think Snape's feelings towards Harry was really more of a, "I couldn't save the love of my life so I'll try and help her son instead." Snape saved Harry in pretty much every book, if he didn't give a shit about him, Harry would've been dead in the first book. I think when you love someone so deeply and so truly, you're going to do anything you can to save their namesake, even if the child is half of your mortal enemy.

My own state?

Let's see, to date I've gone to schools (and tried to transfer my credits cross school wise) in, New Mexico, Utah, Georgia, Montana, and Colorado. I'm not making a mass assumption here, mk? I actually know wtf I'm talking about unlike you. I'm done here now. :)

#1462614 Would you do a nude photoshoot for 100,000 dollars?

Posted by Narcissa on 28 May 2011 - 07:45 PM

Anyone who doesn't say yes is a mormon imo.

100k is a lot to pass up because of "morals" or people seeing you down the road.

Answer to the people who have issues with it morally is: Bitch please, you're on a cheating website for neopets for fucks sake.

Answer to the people who see it down the road: It was 100,000 dollars and I was a broke college kid.

I'm a girl anyways with a pretty decent rack; if anything I'd only have MORE chances of getting hired if someone saw them. Strippers and porn stars make a helluva lot more money then the average joe; no need to get all up in arms and become a total prude because someone saw your naughty bits ha.

#1453942 Question for all the ladies

Here's a little tip, from me, straight you... Us girls...

-leans in closer-

... We really have no fucking clue what we're doing. We don't. We ask dumb things because we don't think things through (mostly) before we ask them. This leads itself to you taking the blame. Sorry; but it is the way of females.

#1447455 Osama Bin Laden is Dead!

Posted by Narcissa on 01 May 2011 - 10:47 PM

I think this thread is fucking ridiculous and disgusting.

A man died. He was a very bad man but he's not the only one out there who has the same ideologies. To celebrate this as a victory is hollow. This shit is still going to happen. As a leader, OBL had followers who are more than likely very pissed off at the moment and have ways and means to still harm us. Our troops are not safe; this does not end a war.

Killing OBL is not justice for my dear cousin who died in the towers on that fateful day. To me, that fucker deserved to live and be tortured, and burned alive the way our citizens were; but that would have the civil rights people all over my ass, so I digress.

To give someone shit from a different country for our "win" is fucking obnoxious, and perpetuates our oblivious and egotistical stereotype as Americans. You sure as hell don't see us celebrating the "wins" of other countries.

Our Men and Women in Arms are still very much in a dire situation. I support our troops for fighting for my rights here and making my life better by proxy but I was never for this war. It's not going to bring back who we lost.

I also think it's ridiculous that people are suddenly supporting Obama, who have been bashing him ever since he was elected. I am displeased that this will up his ratings with the general populace.

Guys fix cars. Women in general; do not. I was terribly excited when I got my lesbian status jeep... I don't even know how to use the 4 wheel drive.
