I ran nearly 2 miles today, but I can't stop snacking! We've got pancakes, whipped cream, tons of chips and other stuff in the house and it's really hard to resist it. I'm going to have to go on another run to work all this off.

I'm in the same position. I biked in the rain today (BEST FEELING EVER) and after showering and dried, I ate waffles. Why is there so many deliciously unhealthy food in my house.

So today was a good day (other than being bored at work with no Codex)

It's still raining D: and unlike @Keil I don't wanna go out in the rain. So after a bit I'm gonna get down and do some indoor exercises. I even found an old Hula Hoop (@Nymh), and gonna wigglewiggle and see if I can do it xD

I'm having pulled pork sliders for dinner, minus the bread :p so pulled pork and coleslaw. nomnomnom

I'm convinced the best part of being gluten free is being able to pile meat on meat with some fat and call it a meal.

Best part about being vegetarian? I don't get the calories/fats from meat. The bad part of being vegetarian? (at least for me). Because i don't eat meat, and eating vegetables day after day gets boring, I tend to snack a lot. Oh well, if I exercise and burn off calories I can eat more and not gain weight because I expended more energy than I took in.

I think I've run about, in total, 3.6 miles today. Holy! I never could do that before, and I feel so much better when I finish!

But...you're not vegetarian if you eat fish. :/

I don't mean to nitpick, but this is a pet peeve of mine as a former pescatarian, which is what it seems you are.

I was a vegetarian once. I definitely don't have an issue with fat though and if I were vegetarian again, I can only imagine that I'd slather my lettuce in butter.

Eh, in my head one who doesn't eat meat is vegetarian. I for some reason, when I think meat, I don't think fish. I don't feel as though we need a ton of words for how/what people eat, so I just say vegetarian.

Haven't gone back to vegan yet (lacto/ovo vegetarian right now) as you can see.  But I just wanted to show off my super fucking awesome salad. @Satsuki how could this ever get boring?!

That looks delicious. It's because my salads are always, lettuce, tomato, bell pepper and lemon on top. I have a vegetarian cookbook around here somewhere, I should look into making some of the recipes.

Iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, a smidge of carrots (I don't like carrots), sugar snap peas, hard boiled eggs, mandarin oranges, raisins, flax seeds, chow mein noodles and mushrooms.  With a little drizzle of raspberry vinaigrette on top.  EDIT: Oh and some feta cheese.

Raspberry vinaigrette you say...iiiiiinteresting.

I'm flipping obsessed with sugar snap peas at the moment. I keep snacking on them.

Was bad yesterday and made a pasta bake.. definitely not healthy lol. Today I'm cooking a honey and orange glazed gammon joint, with some corn and potatoes on the side. Not too bad. I'll be burning lots of calories cleaning up today, while Dans going to work and putting up more shelves later. For some reason you Brits decided brick walls were a good idea, its so difficult to hang up anything! :p

My mom is actually supportive of me losing weight, dad not so much, he just waves candy in my face and says one won't hurt.

But I know if I have one, I have to have the whole box XD So no candy for me it is.

Pasta bake isn't too bad unless you're topping it with a pound of cheese.

Actually really enjoying this already, off out for a picnic today and it's like, what nice healthy foods can we take :D
